By accessing or using any assessment tool on Whispers of Void (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our tools.

Our Tools & What You’re Purchasing

Most Whispers of Void tools offer a free quick version and a paid, more in-depth version that unlocks a personalized report. Pricing, question count, and report format vary by tool and are always listed on that tool’s own page before you begin. Purchases are processed securely through our payment partner, Payhip. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and download your individual results and report for your own personal use.

Acceptable Use

When using any tool on this site, you agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish any tool, its questions, scoring logic, or generated reports
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with a tool’s security, licensing, or access protections
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from any tool
• Use any tool or its outputs to make clinical, employment, legal, or safety-critical decisions about yourself or others
• Misrepresent your results as a professional psychological or medical assessment

Payments & Refunds

All payments across our tools are processed by Payhip. Because premium reports and unlocked results are delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once your results have been unlocked, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a payment or unlock issue, contact us before disputing the charge and we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All content across our tools — including assessment questions, scoring methodologies, result descriptions, design, branding, and generated report templates — is the property of Whispers of Void and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. A purchase does not transfer ownership of any of this content to you.

Accuracy Of Results

Your results reflect your self-reported answers at a single point in time and are intended for personal reflection only. We make no guarantee that your results are complete, permanent, or free of error, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of your results.

Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, add, remove, or temporarily suspend any tool at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service periodically; continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whispers of Void is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any of our tools or their results.
