This Privacy Policy describes how Whispers of Void handles information across our entire library of assessment tools when you take an assessment, view your results, or purchase a premium report.

Information We Collect

Assessment Responses

Your answers to any of our assessments are processed entirely in your browser to calculate your results. Your raw responses are not transmitted to or stored on our servers unless a premium purchase requires generating a personalized report, in which case only the data necessary to produce that report is processed at the time of purchase.

Purchase & Contact Information

If you buy a premium report on any tool, payment and order details — including the email address used to deliver your report and unlock your results — are collected and processed by our payment partner, Payhip. We receive only the transaction and order-ID information necessary to verify your purchase and unlock your results; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Technical & Analytics Data

We collect limited, aggregated technical information (such as browser type, general region, and completion metrics) to understand tool performance and improve the assessment experience across the site.

How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and display your assessment results
• To generate and deliver your premium report, if purchased
• To verify and unlock purchases via order ID or transaction confirmation
• To improve question design, scoring accuracy, and overall tool experience
• To detect and prevent unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse of our tools

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your responses, results, or contact information to third parties
• We do not use your assessment answers for advertising or profiling
• We do not share your data with anyone beyond the processors listed here, except where required by law

Third-Party Processors

Payment processing across all of our tools is handled by Payhip, an independent third party with its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review Payhip’s privacy policy before completing any purchase.

Data Retention

In-progress assessment answers held in your browser are cleared once your session ends. Purchase and order-verification records are retained only as long as necessary to support access to your report and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new tools or features. Continued use of any Whispers of Void tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
